The Baltimore Orioles lose Chris Ray for the rest of the season and most of 2008
Chris Ray underwent Tommy John surgery yesterday and he will miss the rest of 2007 and almost all of the 2008 season. This is a huge blow to the Orioles as they viewed Ray as a building block of their team. He pitched in 43 games this season and he was 5-6 with 16 saves, a 4.43 ERA and a 1.24 WHIP. In 42.2 innings this season he has allowed 35 hits, walked 18 batters and whiffed 44. The Orioles will now have to rely on Danys Baez, Chad Bradford and Jamie Walker to finish out games the remainder of the season.
Orioles are the best team in the MLB, we have great fans, really Baltimore has great fans we just need to stay up.
For example, last week in Baltimore an associate of mine wanted to watch the Orioles, so I tried to get him front
seats, guess what everything was sold out that show how great our fans are. The prices were really crazy though 2
times the face value. Anyhow I end up getting them face value in the end using this free comparison tickets site
