The Baltimore Orioles have signed 28-year old righty reliever Rob Delaney to a minor league deal.  He pitched in 44 games (0 starts) in AAA-ball for the Marlins last year and he was 3-1 with 1 save, a 2.29 ERA and a 1.21 WHIP.  Delaney last played in the majors back in 2011 with the Rays.  Delaney has pitched in 5 games (0 starts) in his first two years in the majors and he is 0-0 with a 10.50 ERA and a 2.33 WHIP.  Delaney will be a longshot to win a bullpen spot with the Orioles this spring.
